DO Queen Carolina Reaper

Do Reine Carolina Reaper, made from two ingredients: extra virgin olive oil (85%) and fresh Carolina Reaper pepper, is probably the spiciest oil in the world.

Our secret: we always use fresh Carolina Reaper pepper which gives it its unique qualities. Aromas and flavors of fresh vegetables and red and green peppers will be clearly appreciated, added to that of the Hojiblanca extra virgin oil variety which, thanks to its low temperature infusion process, its aroma and beneficial properties remain unaltered.

With an average of 1.5 million and 2 million Scoville Heat Units, and recognized by the Guinness Book of Records as the hottest pepper in the world, compared to the Habanero pepper, which can have up to 350,000 SHU*.

Add a bold twist to pizzas and pastas, or use it for barbecue sauces like chimichurri. If you’re a true chili lover, try it on all your favorite dishes.

* Unit of measurement for the spiciness of a pepper.

DO Wasabi

Blending the subtlety of the Arbequina variety with the intense flavor of Wasabi, this oil is guaranteed to excite your taste buds!

Many restaurants already use this oil in their creations. This is a great alternative when making sushi and sashimi. As it is presented in the form of an oil instead of a paste, it is distributed more evenly throughout the food, avoiding unpleasant surprises.

Get creative and use it to make mayonnaise or dipping sauce. Give your sushi another twist by using this oil instead of Wasabi paste, or a finishing touch on oily fish such as salmon and sardines.

DO Matcha

Matcha tea is widely recognized for its multiple benefits, thanks to its antioxidant properties. For this reason, we used our early harvested Hojiblanca oil, also a source of antioxidants and vitamin E, as well as premium organic Japanese Matcha Tea to prepare this superfood. The final product has a wide range of health benefits, with the characteristic flavor of Matcha tea.

Use it for breakfast on seeded bread toast, in salads, or to add a touch of bitterness to desserts.

DO Malapipa

Malapipa is the blend of two varieties of tasty extra virgin oils: an Arbequina smoked over oak wood with traditional instructions and a Hojiblanca infused with fresh Habanero pepper. The result is a unique spicy and smoky oil.

It is very versatile, which is why you can use it on meat and fish, tartares and carpaccio, scrambled eggs with mushrooms, pizzas, pastas or other sauces, to add a surprising touch.

DO Malnacio

An extra virgin olive oil infused with an indecent amount of fresh hot red Habanero pepper!

Extremely spicy, what made it stand out from other spicy oils was its fresh flavor, due to the hot pepper used fresh rather than dried, adding aromas that other oils lack.

Malnacío also offers many healthy properties in addition to those of extra virgin olive oil, thanks to the capsaicin present in chili peppers. It is a very powerful metabolism booster that improves cholesterol, blood circulation and mood, and can help alleviate cold symptoms. Some studies have also attributed anti-cancer properties to it.

An extremely spicy oil, we recommend it with certain dishes that you want to optimize, not only for spiciness but also for plant aromas.

DO fresh basil and dried tomatoes

DO Purple garlic, thyme, bay leaf and rosemary

100% essence of the Mediterranean countryside! The only way to describe our olive oil flavored with aromatic Mediterranean herbs and purple garlic.

To produce our slightly fruity Hojiblanca oil, harvested in November, it is infused at low temperature with purple garlic, dried bay leaves, fresh rosemary and thyme from Vega de Antequera.

By using a low temperature infusion technique, the healthy properties of the extra virgin oil are preserved, as well as the organoleptic qualities of an oil with notes of maturity that harmonizes perfectly with the aromas of fresh garlic and some of the more typical Mediterranean herbs.

Use it in confits and on roasts or grilled meats. It gives chicken salads an unexpected touch and goes perfectly with mature cheeses.

DO Organic yellow lemon

It was with this oil that it all started, the first infused reference that we launched on the market.
It is obtained by infusing at low temperature an extra early virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety with the zest of organically grown lemons.

The result is a remarkable oil with the characteristic fruitiness of the early Arbequina olive, as well as an intense aroma of freshly cut lemon peel.

Excellent on meat tartars and carpaccios, as well as on all kinds of salads and grilled fish.

DO Organic lime

In order to obtain this extra virgin olive and lime oil, we follow the same process as for the cold extraction of extra virgin oil but in this case, crushing the Arbequina olives with fresh organic Spanish limes. .

The dough obtained is then beaten and centrifuged at a temperature below 27°C, always using mechanical processes and rarely requiring human intervention.

The result is the mixture of aromas of Arbequina oil with notes of fruit puree such as apple, kiwi, hazelnuts and tomato and
the freshness and intensity of lime.

Highly recommended for fish tartare, salads and all types of Asian won dishes.

DO Organic Mandarin

For our last addition, like the rest of our DO lemon oil, freshly picked Arbequina olives are pressed, in this case with fresh organic mandarins from Guadalhorce Valley (Malaga) at a temperature below 27°, always using processes mechanical and rarely requiring human intervention. The result is an extra virgin oil of tangerines and olives with notes reminiscent of the aroma of a soft fruit puree, typical of the Arbequina variety, with the characteristic sweet tangerine flavor.

We recommend it with salads, fish tartares, chocolate ice creams or simply with bread and honey.

DO Organic orange

To produce this oil, we use Arbequina olives, harvested at their optimum stage of maturity, and organic orange peel, infused at low temperature. The result is a sweet olive oil in which the fruity aroma of ripe olives and the sweetness of oranges can be perfectly perceived, leaving a pleasant and persistent flavor on your palate.

Highly recommended for pasta, rice or potato salads and fresh tabbouleh.

DO White truffle

The white truffle differs from the black in its smell, its sweetness, its subtlety and elegance. Therefore, for this blend we have selected Extra virgin oil from our Arbequina variety, which is sweet and fruity, with touches of hazelnut. The end result is an exceptional, and dare we say unique, condiment.

Ideal for simple, light seasonal dishes, such as sashimi, sushi, foie gras or pasta and rice.

DO Black truffle

The black truffle differs from the white in its intensity, bitterness and persistent smell. For this reason, we chose to mix it with a gentle but expressive extra virgin olive oil from Hojiblanca, harvested at the beginning of its maturity. The final product is an intense but distinguished condiment.

Use this cold olive oil – without exaggerating so as not to mask the other aromas – on your pasta dishes, risottos, pizzas, game meat, mature cheese or fried eggs.
